The unsung and selfless heroes of our events.

Volunteer Sign Up

With the help and dedication of hundreds of volunteers, Friends of We Care is able to host fun and successful events throughout the year.

Our volunteers are Food service and Hospitality professionals that help with every aspect of planning from venue selection, menu creation, ticketing, entertainment and day-of fundraising activities. Committee members also help solicit participation, prizing, and sponsorship to ensure that the events are well attended and successful. Committees begin meeting months in advance to ensure that every last detail of the event has been covered.  Additional event day volunteers work with the committee to ensure that the events are set up, run smoothly, and concluded successfully.

If you are interested in joining one of our event committees, please contact us at 905-841-1223 or by email at
