Josh is responsible for the Business Development of manufacturing partners and national/regional accounts with TTS Marketing and Sales. He co-manages a team of sales professionals and oversees the development of the manufacturing partners that help drive the company forward. As such, he is acutely aware of market trends and dynamics in the industry that might affect the day-to-day operations of the business. Josh is an active participant in business conferences and meetings with customers and suppliers focusing on revenue generation and profitability. While focused on driving revenue, duties extend to planning marketing strategies, financial planning, and new/potential manufacturer relations.
Josh plays a key role wherever there is opportunity to affect positive change or influence on the key success factors of the business. Josh has played a lead role being the liaison between Les Amis de nous aidons in Quebec and the national Friends of We Care Board.
